What’s included in the Race Pack?

Each participant will receive a Jersey, Baseball Cap, Sunglasses, Race Belt, BIB Number, and Packing Cube.

Can someone else collect the Race Pack on my behalf?

Participants may authorize another person to collect their Race Pack by providing a letter of authorization and a copy of their ID. Authorization letter template is available here [link].

Can the Race Pack be delivered to my home address?

Race pack must be collected at the Race Pack Collection (RPC) point during Biznet Festival on 24 May, 2025, from 13.00-19.00 WIB at the Open Ground of PTC Mall Palembang.

Is insurance mandatory for all participants?

Every participant in the Biznet Fun Run Palembang 2025 will receive automatic insurance coverage from BNI Life. In case of accidental death, a compensation of up to IDR 20,000,000 will be provided. This insurance is only applicable to Indonesian citizens.

How can Biznet customers get the voucher code for registration?

The voucher code will be sent via email to Biznet customers in Palembang and can be used when making Biznet Fun Run registration payment.

How many customers can use this voucher code?

The voucher code is only available for the first 500 people who complete their registration.

How can I get a medal?

Everyone who completes the Fun Run will receive a medal right at the finish line.

Is there a podium for winners?

There is no podium. However, doorprizes will be given out at the main stage at the end of the event.

Is there medical support during the event?

Our medical team will be ready to assist you at the Race Village area.

Can I bring pets, rollerblades, or a stroller?

Participants are not allowed to bring pets, rollerblades, or strollers on race day.

Do you offer promotions for running communities?

Promotions are available exclusively for Biznet customers.
