What’s included in the Race Pack?
Each participant will receive a Jersey, Baseball Cap, Sunglasses, Race Belt, BIB Number, and Packing Cube.
Can someone else collect the Race Pack on my behalf?
Can the Race Pack be delivered to my home address?
Race pack must be collected at the Biznet Fun Run Pontianak 2025 location on 25 October 2025, from 10.00-19.00 WIB at the Taman Alun-Alun Kapuas.
How can Biznet customers get the voucher code for registration?
The voucher code will be sent via email to Biznet customers in Pontianak and can be used when making Biznet Fun Run registration payment.
How many customers can use this voucher code?
The voucher code is only available for the first 200 people who complete their registration.
How can I get a medal?
Everyone who completes the Fun Run will receive a medal right at the finish line.
Is there a podium for winners?
There is no podium. However, doorprizes will be given out at the main stage at the end of the event.
Is there medical support during the event?
Our medical team will be ready to assist you at the Race Village area.
Can I bring pets, rollerblades, or a stroller?
Participants are not allowed to bring pets, rollerblades, or strollers on race day.
Do you offer promotions for running communities?
Promotions are available exclusively for Biznet customers.
